This website (metalmaniac.store) is operated by MetalManiac. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use our site. We may update these Terms anytime by posting changes here — continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Print-on-demand orders

Every product on this site is printed on demand after you order it. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

• Production begins within 24 hours of payment
• Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order — see Refund Policy
• Slight color, sizing, and print placement variations are normal and not considered defects
• Returns and exchanges for sizing preference are not accepted

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout when you complete your order.

Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. If your payment is declined or reversed (chargeback) after we’ve shipped your order, we reserve the right to recover the amount through legal means.

5. Product accuracy

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. However, your screen calibration, lighting, and the nature of textile printing means the actual product may vary slightly from what you see online. Such variations are not grounds for refund unless they exceed normal industry tolerances.

6. Order acceptance and limits

Placing an order doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues)
• Limit quantities per customer, per household, or per address
• Verify order details before processing (we may contact you if anything looks unusual)

If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund within the timing described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All graphics, logos, photographs, text, and other content on this site are owned by MetalManiac or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content from this site without our written permission.

Our designs are original fan-inspired artwork. We do not represent or claim affiliation with any band, artist, label, or rights holder. Our products are not official merchandise. References to musical genres, eras, or aesthetics are creative expression, not endorsement.

When you purchase a product, you receive the physical item — you do not receive any rights to the design itself. Reselling our products at scale, or reproducing our designs on other goods, is not permitted.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Submit false or misleading order information
• Upload viruses, malware, or any disruptive code
• Attempt to access restricted areas, scrape data, or bypass security
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person — including our team
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse

Violations may result in order cancellation, account termination, and legal action.

9. IP infringement claims (DMCA)
