Size & Fit

Fit tip: measure your foot from heel to longest toe, add 0.5 cm (¼″), then match it to the insole length below. Between sizes? Go half a size up.

Insoles are measured by hand — please allow a 0.3–0.5 cm variance. Men’s and women’s charts differ, so check the one that matches your selected style.
