Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how your order gets from our print floor to your door. Last updated: April 2026.

Processing time

Every order is printed on demand — nothing is pre-made sitting in a warehouse. Once you place an order, we begin production on the next business day.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time)
  • Excluded from processing: weekends and US holidays observed by the Post Office (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
  • Peak seasons: processing may take 1–2 extra business days during holiday rushes (Black Friday through New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day)

Processing starts after payment clears, not at checkout. For most payment methods this is instant; for PayPal e-check or bank transfer, allow 1–3 extra business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your products, total weight, and destination. Add items to your cart, enter your address, and the exact cost will appear before payment — no surprises at the end.

Free shipping on orders over $100. Stack your cart, hit the threshold, and shipping is on us — anywhere in the world. 🤘

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see where your package is.

Heads up: allow 2–4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If the tracking page shows no data right after you receive the email, that’s normal — the carrier hasn’t processed it yet. Once it’s scanned, updates flow as the package moves.

Didn’t receive a confirmation email? Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, your email may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. We send 3–4 emails per order (confirmation, fulfillment, shipping, delivery) — contact us with your full name and shipping address, and we’ll locate your order and fix the email.

Split shipments

Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages so each piece gets to you as fast as possible. Receiving one item before others is normal. If one item is still missing 10+ business days after the first arrives, email us with your order number.

Late or delayed orders

Our shipping partners do their best to hit the estimated windows. Delays happen, usually due to factors outside our control:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address (missing apartment, floor, or unit number)
  • Severe weather disrupting carrier routes
  • International customs inspection or clearance delays
  • Public holidays or strike actions in the destination country

If your order is past the maximum estimated delivery window and tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and get you an answer. For more on refunds and replacements, see our Refund Policy.

PO Boxes & military addresses

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

APO/FPO orders route through DHL Global Mail, then transfer to USPS via the military mail system. Two important notes:

  • Extra transit time: up to 45 additional days after USPS hands off to the military system
  • Tracking stops: once your package enters the military mail network, tracking ceases to update for security reasons. We lose visibility — so do you — until it arrives

If you’re a service member ordering to an APO/FPO, please factor this into your timing expectations.

Multiple shipping addresses

Each order ships to a single address. If you want items delivered to different people or places (gifts, for example), please place a separate order for each destination.

Customs, duties & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely — we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure what to expect. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it may be returned to us (at which point we can issue a refund minus shipping costs) or destroyed by customs.
